I have bought two carts from here and bought just bought another one so I'm on my third car great great customer service great cars they last seems like forever so I'm still haven't driven one of them for over car. This is awesome.

My husband and I had been searching for this particular car for some time. We initially tried working with another dealership, but unfortunately, they didn’t seem to take us seriously. We kept coming back to this car, and while we knew we liked it, we didn’t realize just how much until after that experience. After getting the runaround elsewhere, we decided to return to Houston Auto World. My husband reached out, and we were assisted by Taylor, who was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process. She consistently checked in with us, offering additional photos and videos of the car to ensure we were confident before making the two-hour drive from Beaumont. Her communication and professionalism made a great impression. When we arrived on Saturday with half the funds ready to purchase the car outright, everything went incredibly smoothly. The entire team was friendly, transparent, and attentive to our questions. Carlos, the finance manager, was also extremely helpful and efficient. Out of all the vehicles we’ve purchased over the years, the experience we had with Houston Auto World was by far the best. The staff truly went above and beyond, and we’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.
