Flew in from Oregon to purchase a rebuilt title 2018 GMC Yukon XL SUV and was immediately greeted by David Davila who was friendly, professional and honest with us. My husband has been in touch with David about this specific vehicle. We were able to take it on a test drive with ease and no issues. We had a few hiccups due to our bank closing early and my husband not having a cashiers check on hand but we were able to electronically wire money through our bank’s app. Although the process was long we appreciated David and Sam’s exceptional customer service, transparency and professionalism. I really love how attentive and caring the staff is at Houston Auto World. They have great service and also fix any problems you may have with your car. Also, I love how quickly they get the job done. The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming. Great place to buy your first car. :)
